Beyond pathetic service from Rams call/service centre

First want to say the Ram delivery people are awesome people. But the warehouse call center people are pathetic, what they do and what they say is day and night. Spoke to three people the first rude as he'll no customer service at all the second two friend but no action what so ever - I am beyond disgusted with them and because of them I would not recommend polokwane Ram to anyone. These people give the brand a bad name and very unpleasant service. There is no communication and seems all they do is lie. It's pathetic for such a huge company to have people working for them like this. Due to the three employees I can't recommend them at all. Ram can really get better people with ethics to work for them these people give them a bad name.
