Beyond Pathetic!

Their Cape Town drivers are either encouraged to make-up excuses for not sticking to the promised collection schedules, or are not properly supervised - possibly both. On two occasions now the driver simply didn't arrive as promised, without as much as a phone call. Their "official" reason as per their website, stated that we were not available when they came knocking. Blatant lies - on both occasions we made special arrangements for someone to be available. I am now left with no alternative but to drive to their premises to drop the parcel off. What a sorry and unacceptable state of affairs!
