being **** to doesn't feel good

I have spent the entire day waiting and speaking with the customer service team about a package that was supposed to be delivered today.

I found out at 12pm that the order was unsuccessful. I was told the driver tried to deliver but no answer. I've looked through my cctv and this never happened.

I also gave an additional phone number in case the driver was having issues. I was promised I would still get my package today. At 4pm I contacted them again and was told that my package would be delivered before 5pm today. I then sat outside in my front garden for an hour, no driver, no calls. Then at exactly 5:01, after he's allowed to clock off I assume, I see my tracking has once again been updated to say "UNSUCCESSFULL DELIVERY IN Cape Town - Unavailable Home - No one at home.'

Again this is just totally untrue.

I'm desperate for the package and it has cost me a full day's work because I'm unable to work without it.
