Becarful when ordering Rain 5G they use RAM
Order Rain 5G and it was dispatched the next working day.
However problems came up when RAM couriers didn't have my correct cell number. Didn't want to accommodate a afternoon drop off. So I gave them my work address they then didn't delivery because they forgot to update my number waybill.
Now the unit has been return . I have already paid for month subscription!
RAM really didn't even try to deliver the package!! This is unacceptable courier service.
Also I cant seem to get hold of Rain to resolve! Feel as if I have been ****med.
