BE PREPARED NOT TO RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGES ON TIME

My second review on RAM couriers. Still the service from then is absolutely non existing. Again got a message from them this morning to inform me they will deliver my package today just to phone me at 15:30 to say the driver was at my gate at 15:00 but could not get hold of me. But the driver did not phone me to tell me he is at the gate. Did the driver think that I am a psychic and will just know when he arrives and that he does not have to bother to use a telephone to inform me he is at the gate? But the drive was able to inform RAM that he could not deliver via his phone? So is this a special kind of phone? Unfortunately I did not chose RAM couriers but the supplier I use chose RAM. The next step is now to stop using suppliers that uses RAM couriers.
