Be informed you will loose customers due to poor service from RAM

Worst service ever!!! We were informed that they will be in touch to confirm the address and let you know when to expect delivery. Never confirmed the address then sent a message in the morning (with no contact details for them) that they will be delivering that day. So if you are out of office in a seminar or meeting you cant contact them to ask that the address or a third party can receive. After a lengthy fight with them they phoned and said that there is contact detail on the sms’s which there is not! Even if tou phone the number the sms is sent from. So poor, unhelpfull, arrogant service! If you sign them to deliver your company’s packages you will have many complaints and you will loose customers! They suc****!!!
