Be Careful, Staff Opening Parcels
Absolutely useless, be careful of these guys. It appears that staff is going through parcels. My parcel arrived at its destination with my details on the bag, however the item inside was different. It took numerous calls to the customer careline to finally find someone who knew what they were doing.

28 Aug 2023, 12:07No, nothing was poorly packaged. The item was fully bubble wrapped and the driver put it in the packet in front of me. If it was a problem he would have told me. Don't make excuses.
