Bash and ram delivery

I ordered with bash online and I had 3 parcels and the 2 were delivered earlier the week and I work 7 mins away from home hence I asked the courier people to deliver at work then today I was supposed to get my last order and I’m not at work so asked them to deliver at the address provided and they told me straight that they won’t be able and I asked how because i don’t live where I work and they hanged up on me I called them and they ignored me and I called again and they told me straight that they are doing me a favour I really don’t know which favour because I used my hard cash to buy and I got a message that my parcel can’t be delivered today how because even the message says I’ll get my parcel today before 5 and the call was made before 3pm using this number +27 (60) *** they lady and guy were so rude I’m so disappointed at this point more than anything I told them that I’m going to complain and they said I’m welcome to do so. What a ****ty service.
