Bas service

I was told they are gonna deliver on Friday, next thing they call to tell me the driver for Greenvillage has already left and that I must come to Jabulani mall and I told the consultant I can't they must re schedule the delivery for Monday... Later someone calls to confirm my address.. Its Monday today the RAM number calls once and when I respond the person keeps quiet the hangs up... Next thing I get the message that my delivery failed when they didn't even communicate with me .... What is happening with RAM Couries next thing they'll be sending back my parcel claiming failed delivery because they couldn't get hold of me!!!
