ive been waiting for a parcel since Friday. ram's tracking last updated movement yesterday with a note that my address was wrong. it wasn't, and i didn't even get a call from the driver or deliverer to ask about said wrong address. just a note on my tracking saying "Outgoing Call - No Delivery Attempt - INCOMPLETE DELIVERY ADDRESS." trying to get a hold of ram has proved to be a fruitless endeavor..

This was held back at Vodacom warehouse due to incomplete address and therefore we awaited on Vodacom for complete address as we can not just change the address. If we change it they will see it as *****. Please confirm your address is in a Game Farm in Port Elizabeth and I will ensure deliver first thing Thursday as we are closed tomorrow. My apologies for the frustrations caused.
