Bad,Poor service by RAM Couriers.

On the 21st Ram failed to deliver my parcel and **** that they called me ,where as they didn’t,today again they did the same thing,they never delivered my parcel,what’s wrong with this company?why can’t they just stop operations and give a chance to new and vibrant courier companies to do business.Ram doesn’t take its customers seriously,Why lie to customers that you attempt ed to deliver their parcels where as you didn’t.
