Bad & unprofessional seevice

I was suppose to receive my delivery today but I didn't and for 2hours I was tracing my parcel they keep telling me that the driver is around and he will be there and I made about more than 8 calls which cost me R70 of my airtime. The consultant keep on telling me they are trying to get hold of the driver and they will get back to me of which they didn't. This is a poor service to your customers and I wonder if this is the way your company operates now I have to cancel my meeting tomorrow because I didn't receive my parcel. This behaviour is unprofessional from a big company like yours.
