Bad treatment

I will never recommend anyone around my area to use RAM courier company. I asked them to deliver my parcel between 8am and 11am because I am only available during that time. I was told that Tembisa is a high risk area they can't come early in the morning. I even asked them why are they dealing with people from high risk area? I've been waiting for my parcel since 15 March 2021 they failed to deliver. On the 18 March 2021 the driver called me around 12:00 I waited until 13:00 he only arrived after 13:00 and during that time I was bathing. He told me that they are not allowed to wait long. I just felt disrespected and I told him to go since he can't wait long. The lady from call Centre she was also rude to me. I've noticed that we us customers we don't get same service. Their service s are divided into classes which is bad for the company. Or maybe we should just demand vodacom to cancel their contract. We can't be disrespected like this. Their service is very bad.
