Bad telephone manners

I m so disappointed by Ram consultants that I was speaking to.i called them because I was suppose to get my order.because waiting at acy.i called them to ask them to check if thier driver is coming because it's not safe if m alone at school then the lady said to me hold I was holding more than 15with music playing on the phone the the phone cutted off.i called again the way the last was speaking I was not happy she told me about logging of TF or Ft I don't know their term the we had an argument because she was saying she can't telling me when the driver will come .so I was telling her that but I was holding when I called because all I wanted was for them to check if the driver is coming or.the I heard her calling the other lady who was assisting me she said Sego .if that's a way of helping their clients to me it's bad and rude.

Some companies will check their driver and notify me .I got delivery message at 8h00 now it's 16h00.

Not happy at all about that consultants the 2of them.
