Bad service / unprofessionalism

I am complete disappointed with the service from Ram couriers ! I placed my order with afrihost 2 weeks ago and still not a single call from Ram. I did however manage to get a thread of mail from afrihost fowarded to me with the terrible work order at Ram Couriers on how they forgot to give feedback to afrihost and cancelled my order !! Some names to mention were buhle and nelenee who handle queries but could not resolve a problem. I understand human error but not bad work ethics and bad service.

My afrihost reference is AFRH22814 and as a client i would appreciate some sort of feedback. I also noticed from this website that there are numerous amounts of issues with simi**** queries. If i had seen these i would refuse to allow Ram Couriers to handle my order. I hope you handle this query as a matter of urgency for good reviews in the future . Thank you
