Bad service, rude drivers

Was supposed to receive my order on the 26th your rude driver turned back at the gate even after I called to give the exact number of the complex and now when I track my order I just said unsuccessful please elaborate what exactly does that mean for my parcel.No communication today from RAM even after I called their customer care
