Bad service, rude and no compassion for people who loose money due to to them.
Worst service ever! Called to find out what time the delivery person will arrive and was advised within an hour. After an hour called again to ask, no the driver is in town. Holding on the line more than 30 minutes just to get an update. Called again and then being advised that he has another parcel and then he can deliver. We had to reschedule all our meetings and loose income due to this unprofessional service. Complained on call in this matter and agent decided to throw phone down in our ear. This is rude!
