Bad Service Ram Couriers customer Services

I wrote to thier customer Services so many times to tell Im working at a call center there are times I cannot answer calls and them to please walk in as I left a message with the security as to how they find me but as i see thier customer Services and drivers dont work hand in hand now Im not getting my parcel
