BAD SERVICE - RAM

The poorest service EVER. I've paid for an overnight delivery on 26Feb 2025. The driver was supposed to collect yesterday mornjng before 12h00 as he was close to the pickup address around 10h30. Only picked up my parcel 14h37. It was loaded from ande we received an SMS 17h29 the parcel is in transit - happy. The wjole morning Ive been tracking the waybill with jo changes on the waybill tracking.. When I whatsapp the call centre the arogant operator told me I will not have my parcel today - I will be partially refunded. ***!! I want my parcel. I said get a manager to phone me where he told me I can phone the office and ask for a manager. This is the WORST SERVICE Ive ever experienced from a courier - I am dealing daily with different couriers. RAM will take a fall with people like that working for them
