Bad service RAM

Ram courier should deliver a parcel on Wednesday so i had a problem because i could not be here the date for delivery i phoned them on Tuesday and ask to do the delivery on Thursday yes they told me its fine then Wednesday they phone me and told they standing in front of my gate there is nobody so i tell them but i ask for tomorrow then they tell me its fine .Thursday afternoon i ask then what time they told me no maybe monday *** is there no comminication in RAM courier now you have sit and wait for nothing !!!!!
