Bad service personified. 8

It seems to me the only way to get customer service from RAM is through hello peter. Your telephone lines *** just rings twice then dead silence. I received an sms this morning at 7:51 am that my parcel is on route to me, after calling all day with no answer, i thought to check hello peter for reviews, not surprised by the bad reviews at all. Why dont you just pick up your phones..... How do i find out where my package is, your online platform does not say much. Bad service personified....
