BAD SERVICE ON DELIVERY AND CALL CENTRE
Extremely bad service, as still waiting for delivery, after delivery person promised since 16:00 he is on his way, on three different phone calls confirming he is still on his way with the parcel.
Call centre – cant even help with a supervisor, nor a complaint.
THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME WE EXPERIENCE THIS, ABOUT THREE MONTHS AGO, WE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. SO BAD THAT THEY JUST SEND THE PARCEL BACK TO THE SENDER.
WORST / BAD EXPERIENCE WITH YOU PEOPLE.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
