bad service no feedback

very bad service been waiting on ram to get back to me about a delivery and package they been sitting with since the 25th of June when you call I was on the line for 30 mins no answer very bad email just assigns a automated reply then thats it no other call or follow up must now wait till 2030 for parcel which ram has had since June the 25th huh very bad will not be using this courier again
