BAD SERVICE - No Delivery

I upgraded my phone on the 2nd of July. Autopage sent out my phone the 10th of July. <br> Monday 13 July RAM couriers phoned to ask me where I stay, (I did give ALL my delivery details to Autopage, but RAM did not seem to have it.)<br> I told them it's in Pongola, KZN, they said oh sorry the parcel is in DBN. They will redirect it to the richardsbay branch.<br> Yesterday they apparently \attempted delivery"but did not even try to contact me.<br> Today when i phone i have to hear the package is in richardsbay only going out for delivery on Monday 20 July.<br> THis is unacceptable and truly dissapointing.<br> I have had much better service from other courier companies!!"""
