BAD SERVICE - No collecction for 3 days!

We called RAM on Friday to collect a parcel. It was not collected! Call again yesterday.. not collected today I called AGAIN and spoke to person that arranged the original collection. He told me that the driver would come out this morning and that he missed us as we were closed. This is absolutely nonsense as I was here until 17:30 both Monday and Tuesday. Our client expected our parcel on Monday morning. we are now on Wednesday and STILL no collection. If they do collect they never deliver next day yet we are charged for next day. Is it time to find a reliable courier company?
