Bad service in Rustenburg

This morning I went to RAM Couriers in Rustenburg to ask for a price to collect items for me down in Cape Town. <br> At the gate there is a turnstile that would indicate that you should use to gain access to the premises. No notification board on display as to what you should do to entre.<br> <br> On the gate (Turnstile) there is a green knob according to me that you should press in order to go the security office about 2 meters away. My friend press and entered the gate only to find that he was stuck as a result of the gate not turning the full cycle. The security guard said to us we should not enter but we must call someone to assist us at the gate.<br> <br> We called the office to ask for assistance a lady came out but was not in a position to assist.<br> <br> I lodge a complaint at their head office who promised to follow up on our complaint but no feedback was given.<br> We still do not have a price from them to collect items for us. <br>
