BAD SERVICE- I URGE DON'T USE RAM SERVICES

I'm in tears , the worst service i have ever received in my entire life. I urge anyone not to ever use this company. Is taking 5 days for my document to be delivered -an overnight delivery because the driver was not co-operating with the reception where the delivery was supposed to be sign at. The driver was at fault because he had not brought a copy for the receiver to keep as proof of receipt and he even refuse to make a copy and told the receptionist that he was going to take back the document. He did not care the urgency of document so as RAM. I called RAM the the whole day trying to get the matter solved only to be told the driver had left and he was not going to go back there on that day. Please remember the receiver open certain days of the week and that following day there were not opening. I cried on the phone because i was desperate for them to do right and deliver on that day but to no avail. Spoke to the supervisor and he bluntly refused to be accountable and made excuses. The level of unprofessional-ism with this company is daunting. Please do not use RAM hand to Hand Couriers, you will loose a lifetime opportunity because of them.
