Bad service from Ram Hand to Hand couriers
We have been waiting for my sister's medical parcel and it didn't arrive, now she's in a critical condition because she hasn't received her meds. They claimed to have called on Friday because the address is wrong but we didn't get any missed call, if so why didn't they use an alternative number...?

As per my telephonic call with you sister - i advised her that the driver is on his way to her address right now and she will receive it by the end of today.
