bad service from RAM hand to hand couriers

I have never received such a bad service from a courier service.they received my parcel on the 19th and on the 20th the sent a message saying it is out for delivery,i waited for it the whole day but it never came.this morning i tried calling and their phones are forever busy,you hold for over 30 minutes eventually it went through and the lady who rep**** was so rude she said i must relaxed the parcel is coming today without even checking on the system,i then asked her to check then she told it will be delivered tomorrow. They are so unreliable . i buy online a lot and i have never experienced this kind of service.
