Bad Service from RAM driver

The driver Francois from RAM delivering my order was extremely rude and disrespectful. Mweb told me to check the parcel before signing. When I wanted to check the parcel the driver told me why I want to check the packaging and what am I going to do about it if it's not right. I said MWEB told me to send it back if it's not right. He told me I can't send it back and threatend to take the package if I don't sign. He also said MWEB will say anything to get business. He was unfriendly, impatient and unpleasant to deal with.
