Bad Service from Ram Couriers Call Centre (office no: ***)

First the delivery was at home with no notification, then I call the call centre and changed the address to work address and she said delivery will happened on Tuesday, then there was a mixed up and then I made arrangement with Lungile (Manager) that my package will be delivered today, Friday, 09 December 2022 before 4pm as I won't be available on Wednesday and Thursday. Its almost 2pm and no communication since. Its a gift and the service is appalling from Ram Couriers. There's miscommunication between driver and call center. Driver does not get all the info for delivery. Lucas (call centre) told me the driver is on his way but he sounded not very confident and convincing. I need my package URGENT!!!
