Bad service from ram couriers
Package has been sitting with ram for the third day now. Still have not received a tracking number very bad service from them. Second time I am having horrible service from them.

05 Dec 2020, 12:36Just when I think service cannot get worse, ram raises the bar for horrible service. Was contacted 40 mins ago that the courier is at my gate. Still no package. Worst courier company I have ever dealt with in my life. Contacted call center and told they can't take calls because of the lockdown that occurred 7 months ago.
