Bad service from RAM couriers

RAM couriers are there to do deliveries. They get money for it, but they act as if you, the customer is not important and when they have a problem with the delivery, they just do not make any effort to complete the delivery. I have called them numerous times and got numerous promises. After 3 weeks (first attempt to deliver was the next day after my order was placed) they are still not interested in me, the recipient of the parcel, and my plea that I will collect it from their depot, 2.4km from my office.
