Bad service from Ram courier services
I was told as per the tracking system that my parcel was booked out for delivery for today 22/12/2025 and will be delivered by 17:00 and the parcel was not delivered as promised I tried to contact the ram couriers office but they do not answer there phones I sent a WhatsApp as per the other form of communication which is also flawed as it keeps giving a answer of the message has timed out and the callback service also does not work as tells you that they will call you back within 60 min keep your phone close but no callback why does suppliers use such a unprofessional courier company when there are much better courier companies out there that keep to their promises of when the parcel is booked out for delivery it is done they need to get better driver's to keep to the promise given for the delivery time promised
