BAD SERVICE FROM RAM

RAM is a disgrace to couriers, they keep the parcels for more than 10 days at the hub saying they are lots of parcels to send. They give bad service, I have never even once got a good service from them. Their watsapp number is worse, their call center should just close once because they cannot even do the bare minimum of assisting customers. They should just close shop if they cant cope with the service.
