BAD SERVICE FROM RAM

I have been in contact with RAM from 30/04/2020 Friday for the delivery of my sim, the Ram System doesn't leave a footprint when you call them, I'm really disappointed in the service, Ram doesn't want me to collect my SIM card, they have my contact however when the phone cuts they wont call you back, I bought the SIM card so I can work from Home, the information I get is TOTALLY INCONSTANT Now Rethabile the Team leader promise to deliver it tomorrow.
