Bad service from RAM

Recd a delivery from Vodacom, we get advised to hurry up and open the gate. Then we get advised that the transaction needs to be completed inside my house. When asked why as a safety precaution I am advised it's protocol. Their device then goes flat and could not sign. The parcel and my sign copy was then taken back and I was advised they would come back after 10 min. When coming back, the driver and delivery guy were shouting to each other between the van and my house. The devise then goes flat again and we had to allow him to charge the devise so I could sign. Very unprofessional and I was left feeling very vulnerable. The 2nd person then just walked onto my property to see where the other guy was. If I was home alone, there would be no way I would have let them in. Sent a complaint and over a week nobody responds.
