Bad Service from Ram

I had ordered stuff online and Ram couriers were assigned to deliver the parcel. They horrible they didnt call to say they outside the estate instead they left the parcel at security i will make sure they get a bad review cause this is unacceptable if the driver doesnt want to do his job he must say so
