BAD Service from delivery man to consultant handling queries

A parcel was suppose to be delivered on the 21 May 2019. The reception told me the delivery man could not wait for me as he had another delivery. To date upon calling and calling they mentioned they would deliver on the 24 may 2019. only to my surprise when I called them they have arranged for the delivery to be the 27 May 2019. I Can not believe that a reputable company such as Vodacom users them.
