BAD SERVICE

I'm very dissatisfied with Ram. I never had a problem with them delivering my goods before. In fact they delivered to my address twice in last week. This time round they sent me an email on thd 3rd saying my parcel is out for delivery. On their tracking device they say they attempted to call me and my address was incorrect. Which is blatant lie. 3 days later I called to enquire about my parcel the agent confirmed my address and cell and told me there us a backlog is will be delivered today. Later the driver calls me to say that my address is not on GOS which I am aware of do I explained and gave him directions like I do with any courier company who struggles to find my place. The driver then told me "If I'm at home" to which I rep**** yes. He then said see you shortly. Now I get another email from Ram saying they again attempted to call me my address is incorrect. Their service is very bad. I can't sit here at home waiting all day for my parcel. I confirmed with the company I bought my product from and they said it was dispatched on the 3rd already. I called Ram again no answer. I emailed them back for the branch manager to call me.
