Bad service

I've been waiting for my parcel that has been with RAM since 29 January 2025, on the 29 January 2025 at 17h59 the first collection assigned to Dube Sphamandla Ntokozo(JF4 1LJGP)failed they said it was too late for attempt, on the 30 January 2025 the parcel was assigned to Madihlaba Patrick(DY33MPGP) at 08h45,then again same day at18h22 collection assigned to Dube Sphamandla Ntokozo failed again, on the 31 January 2025 collection was assigned to Madihlaba Patrick (DY33MPGP) at 08h45 again the same day at 09h49 it was assigned to Dube Sphamandla Ntokozo and has been standing like that, on the 3rd February 2025 at 07h33 the collection was canceled by Thembeni the store failed to hand over parcel to couriers.
