Bad service ever received in my life from Ram and Rain

Today ram courier was delivery my rain sim card and they courier guy was very rude and unprofessional, they didn't call to say they are coming and that they dont have a scanner they just said to me we will deliver on another day, if I dont have copies of my ID and proof of residence, it was their fault that they dont have the scanner and they didn't even apologies for that they just said is my problem and they are in a hurry to go to the next delivery, they are making rain look very bad, and the same courier called me on Friday when I was not at home but there was someone at home to had my ID copy and proof of residence and they said they dont need copies, today they have guts to be rude and ask for copies whats customer service is this I know this is not Ram's products but is their service Rain and Ram management please look into this matter, the courier guys just offered me to cancel if I cannot wait for another day for deliver no solution at all, my Waybill no.RAIN04-***4
