Bad service ever experienced from a courier company
Bad service ever experienced from a courier company Driver called that he is in the building and when I reach the reception and called in his cellphone, phone off, called client service on hold for more than 10minutes while trying to locate the driver, online chat assistant is as clueless. their systems are just a disintegrated and very inconvenienced with this poor service.
