Bad Service ever by Ram hand to hand couriers

Hello Peter I am so disappointed by ram courier ,regarding my parcel from cell c. What happened is that. When my parcel was supposed to be delivered last week. The courier called me after 5:30 pm that he is at the gate at work as I gave them my work address. I told them that I left already as I'm working at the college by that time we already knocked off. They promised to deliver first thing next morning

The following day i waited all morning and no one called I took the phone and called the gentleman who called me who is a courier to ask about my parcel. To my suprise ! He told that he has my parcel but the company gave him lots of deliveries so he won't be able to deliver. Which means he took back as if I was not found and said nothing about it. O On Friday I called them myself to say where is my parcel and what should I do to get it as he said somebody will call me. No one did. Today I called and tracked my parcel and found out that it is returned again to Cell C. I'm so disappointed with RAM HAND TO HAND COURIERS.
