bad service ever

ive never experience a bad service in my entire life all i wanted was to change my delivery address but guess what i was told **** by your customer service funny part you cant even track your parcel course they dont even send you a waybill number and they tell you to trace your parcel and how will you trace a parcel without waybill i concluded if my next online delivery is ram currier service i will cancel the order as i dont want anything to do with ram they are so unproffessional shame
