Bad service even from the agents who don't know .when you call they don't know

What a horrible horrible service from RAM they've been sitting with my package from the 4th of August and today it the 7th. Yohh what is going with these companies 😭 they honestly don't give them anymore about customer service. Yohh I am so disappointed

Your people came around 17:30pm with 1 package when I asked them about the other package they said they don't have it. I am failling to understand honestly. Where are you guys based so that I can come there personally? No more deliveries from you guys yohhhh worst and pentetic service ever😭😭 when I posted on what app I realized I am not the only one
