Bad service

I have order a phone with vodacom and I stay in alexandra the consultant that initially assisted first captured a wrong address I noticed after we were done and received an sms then I went to RAM tracking link to update my address immediately. The following day they attempted to deliver without contacting me I noticed on the tracking link that they tried to deliver, I called the same day and a consultant from RAM promised that my parcel will be delivered the following day I sacrifice my day and worked from home and there was no deliver, later that day consultant from RAM called and told me that the parcel will be delivered on Monday. Monday again I waited and there was nothing then today when I call no one is giving me answers what's happening I had to call vodacom to call RAM. The service is bad we can't speak to supervisors or managers, the service is bad and I haven't received my parcel. If you stay in townships do not order using RAM services you will be disappointed even consultant do say townships are high risk and if the driver is not comfortable they might not deliver, then my question is why ************** and why is this not the information we know so we avoid buying things online with RAM.
