Bad service
I have taken a day off work waiting for an urgent parcel which was out for delivery on 15th Jan 2020. No calls and no delivery at all. The next day I called them to arrange a time I would be available and confirm address and just after 9am I get a call saying it's miss routed and will only be delivered the next day. I informed them it's urgent. I took off work again waiting and after several attempts calling and trying to email I get nowhere and only dropped calls and being put on hold for 10min with no luck twice. This is ridiculous and very poor service.
