BAD SERVICE DONT USE RAM COURIERS

Ram couriers were supposed to deliver my parcel on monday the 4th of May they went to the wrong address. The same afternoon I got a call from their office to request the correct address which I gave them, I was guaranteed they will definitely deliver my parcel the next day which didn't happen. The next day I got a call ftom a different consultant requesting the address again which I gave through and she confirmed they will deliver that same day nothing happened. Today I ca**** Ram couriers and spoke to Thabo who said the delivery was returned but no reason on the system, he confirmed the address the have on the system which is correct but cannot tell me why the parcel was returned. Thabo later called me back to say vodacom cancelled the delivery but cannot give me details of who the instruction came from. I spoke to vodacom just minutes before speaking to Thabo they gave me the tracking number meaning the delivery was not cancelled
