Bad service
Useless courier service, customer service experience is very bad.
They don't deliver your parcel in time and on the system they lie and say wrong address or you were not available for delivery. But the driver calls you and tells you i will will arrive to your address in 5, 5 minutes turns to an hour and when you return the call.
The phone is off.
